Very pleasant hotel. We stayed as a family of four. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were kind and friendly. We are Polish, and the fact that some of the staff are Polish made our stay much easier. Additionally, there was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast offered a choice of meals, and we were very satisfied with everything.
Room was clean and quite, nothing exciting but a pleasant place to sleep. Room had a nice bathtub, lots of hot water and a good bed.
I would like to leave feedback regarding my recent stays at Premier Inn Maidenhead. I would like to say that the staff were absolutely amazing. Whenever I asked for anything, I always received help very quickly. The response time was always fast, and everyone was extremely kind and professional. The hotel was very clean, and overall everything was excellent.
Excellent value for money, and a great nights sleep. So easy to get to London, and at a fraction of the price of most of the London hotels. The service across the board was excellent, but Chris in particular made our breakfast a sensational experience.
Nice stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was actually very good especially for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, probably friendly staff than any other Premier Inn I've stayed at. The only down side is that there's no parking, you can park 5mins away at a long stay carpark tho so it's not to bad.
We have had a wonderful stay here! Having spent time at the Bath, Bristol and Cardiff hotels and this is by far the cleanest and most well run! Fantastic service over two days from Claudia - such an asset to the team!
The rooms were spotless, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for a restful night. The bed and pillows were especially good quality. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth and quick. The location is ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
